Re/View: CCS Alumni Exhibition
CCS is pleased to announce that the 2024 Re/View: CCS Alumni Exhibition will be juried by 2016 Kresge Artist Fellow Sterling Toles, which opened May 10, 2024. The Exhibition will include a special celebration of the Kresge Arts in Detroit’s 15th Anniversary. Over 15 years, Kresge Arts in Detroit has awarded $8 million to 345 individual artists living and working in metro Detroit, many of whom are CCS Alums.

Artist vision for Re/View 2024:
Each person is the heart within their true body – the body of their own experience encompassing everyone and everything beyond them. Just as blood circulates throughout our body, constantly leaving and returning to our heart, the creativity of every CCS student past and present is vital to the anatomy of our collective expression. I envision this exhibition as a heartbeat – one of many – that gives health, love, inspiration and restoration to the living breathing community, circulating life for this collective heart we call CCS.
