Professional Experience

Kristine worked professionally in the sales of mainframe computer support equipment and maintenance systems. Returning to Art Education, she accepted a position with Novi Community Schools where she was a K-12 Art Educator for 23 years. Thematic Instruction within the art curriculum was developed and researched. Kristine is certified as a Pathwise Mentor, mentoring teachers within the district. She held positions as a district/Oakland Schools Leader in K-12 Curriculum design and alignment numerous times and was a part of the district State of Michigan Accreditation Committees and process for Novi Schools. She worked on the Future Planning/ Design and Build of Fine Arts facilities and renovations on four buildings identifying the needs for cross district opportunities for all students. In 2015, accepted position with College For Creative Studies as adjunct and supervisor in the Art Education Department.
